kx8 app processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No other payment methods are currently accepted. kx8 app does not accept cash deposits or payments via international bank transfer.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits are credited to your kx8 app balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. kx8 app is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems.
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating hours. Processing times may be longer during periods of high demand or system maintenance. kx8 app reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. kx8 app does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or accounts not registered in the player's name.
All bets placed on kx8 app are subject to the specific rules applicable to the sport or game in question. These rules are available within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules.
Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. kx8 app reserves the right to refuse any bet at its discretion, including bets that appear to be placed in error or that exploit a pricing mistake. If a bet is accepted in error due to a technical fault or incorrect odds, kx8 app reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
For live in-match betting, bets are accepted subject to the current state of play at the time the bet is confirmed. kx8 app is not responsible for bets placed based on outdated information displayed due to connection delays on the player's side.
If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the minimum required play has been completed, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the official governing body declares a result. kx8 app follows the official result declared by the relevant governing body for settlement purposes.
kx8 app may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers to players from time to time. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the offer. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless stated otherwise.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting the wagering requirement will result in the bonus being forfeited.
kx8 app reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts. Any attempt to abuse a promotion — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer — will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonuses and winnings.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on kx8 app. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, all balances forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable.
kx8 app uses fraud detection systems that monitor account activity continuously. If suspicious activity is detected, the account may be suspended pending investigation without prior notice. kx8 app's decision in matters of prohibited conduct is final.
kx8 app reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Reasons for suspension or closure include but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, or conduct that kx8 app considers harmful to the platform or other players.
If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach of these Terms, kx8 app will investigate the matter before making a final decision. During the investigation period, access to your account and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. You will be notified of the outcome via the contact details registered on your account.
If your account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. If the account is closed for reasons unrelated to a breach — for example, at your own request — your remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after any pending bets are settled.
Players may request account closure at any time by contacting kx8 app support. Requests for self-exclusion are handled separately under the Responsible Gaming policy.
